Kevin M. Sullivan

Kevin Sullivan graduated with a B.A. degree from Vanderbilt University in 2011.  He earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Florida State University College of Law in 2017.  Kevin served as Article Editor for Florida State Law Review while in law school.  He graduated law school in the top 5 percent of his class, earning membership in the Order of the Coif.

Following law school, Kevin clerked for the Honorable Charles R. Wilson, United States Circuit Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. 

Kevin joined Bush Graziano Rice & Hearing as a Senior Associate in 2023.  His practice focuses on labor and employment law.  He is a member of the Florida Bar and the Hillsborough County Bar Association.  Kevin is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11^th Circuit.
