Frank Brown graduated from University of North Carolina at Charlotte, earning a B.A. cum laude in 1983. He earned his J.D. with honors from Florida State University College of Law in 1983.
Frank joined Bush Graziano Rice & Hearing in 2023, bringing 35 years of labor and employment law experience to the firm. He is a veteran litigator, with a wealth of experience in civil rights and election law, complex unemployment claims, discrimination and ERISA fiduciary duty and withdrawal liability claims.
Frank is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Middle, Southern and Northern Districts of Florida, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. He was named to the Florida Super Lawyers List from 2004-2010, and in 2020 he was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award from The Florida Bar Labor and Employment Law Section.
