Jacob Gordon graduated from Florida State University in 2013, earning a Bachelor of Science in Criminology. He earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2016.
Prior to joining Bush Graziano Rice & Platter, P.A. as an associate in 2021, Jake practiced at a civil litigation defense firm handling cases involving medical malpractice, products liability, automobile/trucking negligence, construction litigation, premises liability, and negligent security. Before entering private practice, Jake served as an Assistant State Attorney for the State Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted both misdemeanor and felony cases. In his prosecutorial career, he brought twenty cases to jury trial on behalf of the people of the State of Florida.
Jake is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association, Young Lawyer’s Division.
Jake specializes his practice in the defense of medical malpractice claims.
