Gina L. Brice graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Sociology in 2009. She earned her Juris Doctor in 2014, from Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. During law school, Gina was a Certified Legal Intern for the 6th Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office, as well as a Law Clerk for a Tampa medical malpractice defense firm.
After receiving her law degree, Gina worked as an Assistant Public Defender for the 5th Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office, where she tried multiple jury trial cases to verdict.
Gina joined Bush Graziano Rice & Platter, P.A. in 2020, where she concentrates her practice on the defense of medical malpractice cases. She is a member of the Florida Bar, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
