Charles J. Thomas

Chad Thomas graduated from Northwestern University, earning a B.A. with distinction in 1990.  He earned his J.D. cum laude from University of Michigan in 1993.

Prior to entering private practice, Chad was in-house labor counsel for a national public sector company.  His experience includes employment litigation, labor relations, wage and hour law and equal opportunity law.  Chad joined Bush Graziano Rice & Hearing in 2023, where he represents clients in federal and state trial courts, concentrating his practice in all areas of labor and employment law.

Chad is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Northern, Middle and Southern Districts as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals Sixth and Eleventh Circuits.  He was named to the Best Lawyer in America, Litigation – Labor and Employment list in 2023.
