Carl A. Goldman received his Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, from Lake Forest College in 1979.  In 1982, he received his Juris Doctor cum laude from Wake Forest University School of Law.

Carl was one of the founding members the Tampa law firm, Lamb, Goldman & Cullaro.  There he practiced continuously from 1999 until 2018, in the field of trial court litigation, with an emphasis on medical malpractice defense and nursing home liability.  He joined Bush Graziano Rice & Platter as a partner in August, 2018.

Carl is a member of the Florida Bar and the Hillsborough County Bar Association.  He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.  He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.  Carl has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America, and has earned ‘Top Lawyers in Florida’ designation from 2015 to present.  His practice focuses on the defense of long-term care and medical malpractice cases.
